Woodstock Concert 2024

Oxford Welsh MVC are pleased to announce that our annual ‘West Oxfordshire’ concert will be in St Mary Magdalene Church in Woodstock. This follows our appearance there two years ago, in which we introduced a number of new pieces including our Sea Shanties, and which were very well-received. And even the choristers and audience members who continued on to the ‘Afterglow’ (pub singing!)  still regard that evening as one of their best ever nights. This year, we will aim to continue the tradition with more new pieces and a new song commissioned especially for us, which has taken a lot of work but – we feel – brings you the heart and soul of the choir. We hope to see you.
